BUILT FOR MINNESOTA GARAGES

More Than a Cosmetic Upgrade

Bare concrete absorbs stains, creates dust and shows years of wear. A professionally installed flake system gives the space a clean, finished surface while making routine maintenance easier.

  • Mechanical concrete preparation for bond
  • Crack and surface repair as required by the slab
  • Decorative full-flake color options
  • Textured, easy-to-maintain finished surface
  • Systems suited to garages, shops and utility spaces
WHY PREPARATION MATTERS

The System Can Only Perform as Well as the Surface Beneath It

Coating failures often begin with the substrate. We evaluate existing coatings, cracks, pitting, contamination and other slab conditions before the new system goes down.

01

Inspect & Repair

We identify old coatings, damaged concrete and areas that need attention before coating.

02

Mechanically Prepare

The surface is prepared to create the profile needed for the coating system to bond.

03

Install & Finish

Base, broadcast and topcoat components are installed for the selected system and finish.

GARAGE FLOOR FAQ

What Homeowners Usually Want to Know

Every slab is different. These are the questions that come up most often before we evaluate a garage.

What makes a professional garage floor coating different from a DIY kit?

A professional system starts with mechanical concrete preparation and uses commercial-grade materials selected for the slab and environment. Surface preparation is a major part of long-term coating performance.

Can an older, cracked or pitted garage floor be coated?

Often, yes. The concrete should be evaluated first. Cracks, spalls, old coatings and surface damage may require repair or removal before a new system is installed.

Are coated garage floors easy to clean?

Yes. A seamless coated surface is much easier to sweep and mop than bare porous concrete. We provide care guidance after installation.

Can garage floors be installed during Minnesota winters?

Many resinous systems can be installed in colder conditions, but slab temperature and cure time matter. We evaluate conditions before scheduling and set expectations for cure and traffic times.
